Tammy's Tips

Using fresh lemon juice makes all the difference here for that "zing" that bottled juice just can't match. This is the perfect finishing touch for a lemon pound cake or a fresh fruit tart where you want the citrus flavor to really shine through without clouding the beautiful colors of the dessert.
