I started Collard Valley Cooks to keep my family's Southern cooking alive for the next generation, the way Mama made it, written down before it got lost.

What began as a few videos in my own kitchen has grown into a community of Country Cooks who share the same table manners: family, faith, and a hot meal made from scratch. Every recipe here has been cooked in my kitchen, not just written about.

The Master Cookbook
