Ingredients

  • 16 oz. box macaroni noodles, uncooked
  • 6 cups milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature (cut into 1” cubes)
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz. pack)
  • 4 oz. feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • To serve: Cooked chicken (rotisserie, grilled, or roasted)

Instructions

  1. Heat Milk: Pour the milk into a large microwave-safe bowl or batter bowl. Microwave on high until hot, approximately 9 minutes.
  2. Combine Cheeses: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed cream cheese, shredded cheddar, feta, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and buffalo wing sauce.
  3. Melt Sauce: Pour the hot milk over the cheese mixture and stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is well combined.
  4. Add Pasta: Stir the uncooked macaroni noodles directly into the cheese sauce.
  5. Bake: Pour the mixture into a large, well-greased casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  6. Serve: Serve the mac and cheese warm, topped with your choice of cooked chopped chicken.

Notes

Tammy’s Tips Using a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store is a fantastic time-saver for this recipe! The addition of feta cheese provides a tangy saltiness that perfectly complements the buffalo sauce. If you want a bit of extra color, you can sprinkle a little extra cheddar or some blue cheese crumbles on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
