Ingredients
- 1 sweet onion (Vidalia if available)
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 24 oz sour cream
Instructions
- Prep Onion: Thinly slice and then finely dice the sweet onion.
- Season: In a medium bowl, mix the diced onion, garlic powder, and salt.
- Combine: Add the sour cream and chopped chives (or green onions). Stir until everything is evenly combined.
- Chill & Store: Place the dip in an airtight container and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
