This Dippen Chicken Sauce is a Collard Valley Cooks staple,it’s creamy, savory, and has just the right amount of Southern zip. It’s better than anything you’ll find at a drive-thru, especially if you let those flavors sit overnight. Whether it’s chicken, pork, or even seafood, this is the only dipping sauce recipe you’ll ever need!"

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (Optional, for a little Southern kick)
Instructions
- Combine: In a medium glass bowl, add your mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
- Blend: Whisk or stir until the sauce is completely smooth and the spices are well incorporated.
- Chill (The Secret Step): For the best flavor, cover and store in the refrigerator. It is best if made the day ahead to let those flavors really marry together.

Notes
Tammy’s Pro-Tip:
"Store this in a mason jar in the fridge. Making it a day early isn't just a suggestion,it’s what makes it taste like the famous dipping sauces you get at the big chicken restaurants!"
