Ingredients

- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 8 oz sweetened flaked coconut (Baker’s recommended)
Instructions
- Prep the Base: Place the vanilla wafer crumbs in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix: Add the thawed orange juice concentrate, melted butter, and chopped pecans. Beat the mixture until it is well blended.
- Sweeten: Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until it is fully incorporated into the dough.
- Scoop: Use a teaspoon or a cookie scoop to drop portions of the mixture onto parchment paper.
- Coat: Roll each ball in the sweetened flaked coconut until evenly coated.
- Store: Place the orange balls in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.

Make sure your orange juice concentrate is fully thawed but still cold for the best consistency when mixing.
