Brussels Sprouts, Roasted - Master Cookbook Recipe # 1

Ingredients
- olive oil
- dried shallots (or chopped green onion)
- salt & pepper
- chopped roasted almonds
- parmesan cheese
- toasted sesame seeds, optional
- fresh lemon
Instructions
- Wash and trim the brussels sprouts, slicing them in half or thirds if large. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil.
- Add dried shallots or green onion, roasted almonds, and toasted sesame seeds, and toss again.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Place the Brussels sprouts in the basket and
- season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook at 370°F for 6 minutes, then shake and increase the temperature to 400°F and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Notes
Notes & Tips: Add fresh lemon juice and Parmesan to hot Brussels sprouts before serving.
Conventional Oven: Bake at 400°F on a sprayed cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes, until crispy
