Tammy's Tips

This dressing is so versatile! You can use it as a base and add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard or some dried herbs like oregano or basil to change it up. Because it's homemade, the oil and vinegar will naturally separate as it sits, so just give it a good shake every time you take it out of the fridge. It’s much fresher and tastier than anything you’ll buy in a bottle!
