- 1 pkg small grape tomatoes, halved
- 12 oz. jar artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced rings

- Combine Toppings: Add the halved tomatoes, mushrooms, pepperoncini, olives, red onion, bell peppers, pepperoni, artichoke hearts, and (if using) the pineapple.
- Add the Meat: Add the cooked Italian sausage to the bowl.
- Toss: Gently toss all the ingredients together until the toppings are evenly distributed throughout the lettuce.
- Garnish: Top the salad with the pearl mozzarella balls, a generous dusting of grated Parmesan, fresh chopped basil, and a handful of Italian-style croutons just before serving.

Tammy's Tips
The beauty of this recipe is that every single ingredient (except the lettuce) is optional, so you can build it just like your favorite pizza! I love using the pearl mozzarella because they look like little clouds of cheese throughout the salad. If you're serving this at a party, keep the croutons on the side until the last second so they stay nice and crunchy. It's a real crowd-pleaser!
