Tammy's Tips

If you prefer a different style, you can use the combined mixture (before adding the ham) as a savory spread. Just spread it thick on sandwich bread and top it with whole slices of ham and crisp lettuce for a delicious lunch! Using room-temperature cream cheese is the secret to getting that base perfectly smooth without any lumps.
