  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon (if not using cinnamon graham crackers)

  1. Prepare Crumbs: Place graham crackers in a gallon-sized zip-lock bag and crush them thoroughly with a rolling pin until fine.
  2. Mix: In a bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. (If you want a cinnamon crust, add 1/2 tsp cinnamon here or use cinnamon graham crackers). Mix until the crumbs are well-coated.
  3. Press: Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Cook:
  5. Oven Method: Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Tammy’s Tips

When pressing the crumbs into your pie plate, use the bottom of a flat measuring cup to get a nice, even layer and a tight pack. This ensures the crust won't crumble when you go to serve your slices. If you’re making a chocolate-based pie, try using chocolate graham crackers for a delicious twist!
