Tammy's Tips
Using Golden Eagle syrup gives this a real Southern touch, but honey works beautifully too! The tiny bit of salt is the secret,it actually helps make the fruit taste even sweeter. This salad is best when made fresh, but you can prep the fruit a little ahead of time and just add the syrup and powdered sugar right before you sit down to eat.
