Tammy’s Tips

This is a wonderful way to serve a filling Southern meal on a budget. If you find your crackers are getting too dark before the casserole is finished, just turn your oven down a notch for the final 10 minutes. It’s a very forgiving dish, so feel free to use your favorite shredded cheese to make it your own!
