Notes
Tammy’s Tips
To make peeling and cubing your squash easier, you can microwave the whole squash for about a minute to soften the skin slightly before you start. Make sure your cubes are roughly the same size so they all roast evenly and reach that perfect "melt-in-your-mouth" texture at the same time. If you’re looking for a holiday-ready side, the poultry seasoning is the secret ingredient that makes this dish smell and taste like a traditional Sunday dinner!
