  • 1/2 cup salted butter, room temperature

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or grated chocolate (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cream the Butter: In a medium mixing bowl, cream the room-temperature butter until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Combine: Add the vanilla extract and about half of the milk or cream to the butter.
  3. Mix in Sugar: Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing as you go.
  4. Adjust Consistency: Add the remaining milk or cream one tablespoon at a time until the frosting reaches a smooth, spreadable consistency.
  5. Frost and Garnish: Spread the frosting evenly over your cooled Blondie Brownies before cutting them. If desired, sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or grated chocolate.
  6. Serve: Cut into squares and store in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
