Tammy's Tips

The combination of simmered milk dumplings inside and a crispy biscuit crust on top gives this cobbler an amazing texture you won't find anywhere else! When adding the corn starch mixture, make sure the milk is cold to prevent any lumps, ensuring your blackberry sauce is perfectly silky and thick.
